Very convenient location, big spacious room with a great view, big and clean bathroom and shower space, plenty of drinking water and fresh towels left in the room every day. The concierge team members were extremely friendly and helpful.

The hotel has a cosmopolitan feel to it, which I really loved. I only wish I had known about DJ spinning live on Thursdays as I love dancing! There were delicious breakfast options on offer for every taste. The male concierge went beyond and above his call of duty to make us feel welcomed. He was incredibly kind and helpful with every little request I had, finding locations, telephones, etc. quickly and with good humour. Maria from the reception was very professional and welcoming every time we spoke with her. When my car became stuck in between two huge vehicles and I was unable to get in, she was a tremendous assistance with her solutions. Thank you all!

Delicious Breakfast, extremely clean Room, Incredible Panoramic View of Downtown and Ocean ( even a part of Miami Beach ), the location is amazing , so close to the Skyviews Miami Obs. Wheel and Bubba Gump snd shoping stores ! My second time in Miami and second time at intercontinental also. Love the huge Lobby and the kindness of staff members, can't wait to visit you again, InterConti !

Great location although arriving on the same weekend was a little problematic - not the hotel’s fault though but just to be aware. The staff were all very helpful. Bar and bar food was great. Very good buffet breakfast.

Incredibly fine hotel, newly renovated rooms with an amazing view on the skyline of Miami and the bay/bayside market. The beds were very comfortable, the pool with the lounge music was a nice extra and the location is great! Would definitely recommend this hotel. The food (breakfast in Olé and diner in Toro Toro) was outstanding and of high quality! The staff was very nice, helpful and really wanted their guests to have an amazing time.
